Danno Simpson is an American singer and songwriter who blends country and American folk music with mountain music to create a sound that's both authentic and modern.

Born in Texas, raised in Georgia, and now living in Colorado, Simpson's music is influenced by the environments he grew up in. He learned to play guitar at age 12.

Simpson's music is inspired by Texas songwriting legends like Guy Clark, Townes Van Zandt, and Steve Earle, as well as the mountain music of the Rockies and Appalachia.
